RIDE

It's just like riding a bike. Actually, it is a stationary bike. The REDEMPTION RIDE class is a choreographed, high-intensity interval training adventure, in a club-like atmosphere. You will sprint and you will climb hills with rockstar instructors and heart-pumping music that might make you want to dance on the bike.

REP

This High-Intensity Interval Training class, will get your heart racing, sweat flowing and endorphins pumping. In 50 minutes you will do 20 minutes interval training on the treadmill plus 20 minutes of strength training using free weights, resistance bands and more. This means you will burn calories and build strength. REP is good for beginners and advanced athletes.

REBEL

And in this corner… REBEL (long E). REBEL is a 45-minute boxing workout, that will take you through 10 rounds split between boxing and strength training. This room will be rocking with a sensory explosion of sound and light and an instructor that will keep the party moving. You don’t need to be a boxer to REBEL, but a little bit of badass won’t hurt.
